Dans le cadre de votre activité, vous supervisez, planifiez et prodiguez des soins à nos habitant-e-s en tenant compte de leur désirs, objectifs de soins et ordres médicaux. Sous la supervision de vos collègues infirmier-ère-s, vous êtes amené-e à gérer un secteur sous délégation.

En partenariat avec l'habitant-e, ses proches et l'équipe interdisciplinaire, vous optimisez son accompagnement. De plus, vous déterminez les besoins spécifiques de chaque habitant-e en tenant compte de leur situation de santé et transmettez les informations pertinentes lors des colloques auxquels vous participez.

Afin de contribuer à la formation continue, vous encadrez nos aides-soignant-e-s, apprenti-e-s, étudiant-e-s, ainsi que nos stagiaires.

Qualifications requises :
  • Titulaire d'un CFC d'assistant-e en soins et santé communautaire ou d'un titre jugé équivalent
  • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience professionnelle significative en psychogériatrie ou dans un secteur hospitalier, un atout
  • Doté-e de bonnes capacités d'écoute et de communication
  • Orienté-e esprit d'équipe, vous êtes réactif-ve et prenez des initiatives.
