Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

  • Rechtsberatung in Bezug auf sämtliche relevante Rechtsgebiete
  • Bewertung und Klärung äußerst komplexer Rechtsfragen aus allen relevanten Bereichen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung, Führungskräfte sowie Fachspezialisten in juristischen Angelegenheiten
  • Verhandlungen mit Sozial- und/oder Haftpflichtversicherungen bezüglich Regressansprüche
  • Erstellung von Gutachten, Berichten und Stellungnahmen
  • Tätigkeit als Fachreferent bei internen und externen Schulungen
  • Vertretung des Unternehmens vor Gericht
  • Verfassen von Fachartikeln und Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von AVB/ARB und Verträgen
  • Überwachung der regulatorischen Entwicklungen & Information der Fachabteilungen in Abstimmung mit VG
  • Compliance: Erstellung von Richtlinien und Durchführung von Überwachungsaufgaben (z.B. Stichprobenkontrollen)
  • Korrespondenz im Umgang mit FINMA, BSV und anderen Aufsichtsbehörden, der Ombudsstelle sowie bei gerichtlichen Eingaben in Absprache mit VG
  • Mitarbeit in Projektteams; Leitung juristischer Projekte

Ihre Persönlichkeit

  • Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Rechtswissenschaften (Universität oder Fachhochschule)
  • Praktische Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Enterprise Risk Management,Wirtschaftsprüfung,Prozessmanagement oder Betriebsorganisation;
  • Kenntnisse in Cybersicherheit und oder Power BI wären von Vorteil:
  • Interesse an unternehmensweiten Zusammenhängen und Prozessen
  • Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift).

Es erwartet Sie eine flexible Kombination aus Homeoffice und zentralem Arbeitsplatz sowie eine wertschätzende Kultur und ein starker Teamgeist. Interesse an persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung wird sehr geschätzt.
