Description du poste :En tant queTechnical Lead and IT Systems Administrator, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien des opérations de notre client et dans son expansion internationale. Vous serez responsable de lagestion de l'équipe IT, de lasupervision de l'infrastructure existante, et de lamise en place de nouvelles infrastructuresà l'échelle internationale.

Vos responsabilités :

Gestion d'équipe :

  • Superviser les équipes IT basées dans différents sites internationaux.
  • Assurer une communication efficace et une coordination optimale entre les équipes.
  • Favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif et répondre aux besoins spécifiques de chaque site.

Développement et maintenance :

  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les systèmes informatiques, le matériel et les réseaux.
  • Effectuer le support et la maintenance continue de tous les composants matériels, logiciels et réseaux.
  • Surveiller les tendances technologiques et les meilleures pratiques.
  • Analyser les besoins de l'entreprise et effectuer des tâches de sauvegarde et de récupération.
  • Documenter et tester les systèmes selon les besoins.

Support opérationnel :

  • Fournir un support technique aux employés et aux sous-traitants pour les logiciels et applications d'entreprise.
  • Configurer les systèmes informatiques pour les nouveaux employés et consultants.
  • Former les employés sur les meilleures pratiques et gérer les fournisseurs de services externes.

Sécurité :

  • Effectuer des vérifications régulières de la sécurité des systèmes et des réseaux.
  • Gérer les accès utilisateurs, les comptes et les fichiers partagés.
  • Documenter les activités IT et les configurations des systèmes.
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures et les directives IT.
  • Évaluer les besoins en matériel informatique et mettre à jour les équipements.

Qualifications et compétences requises :

  • Diplôme universitaire en informatique, systèmes d'information, ou domaine connexe.
  • Plus de15 ans d'expérience professionnelle en IT, dont au moins5 ans en tant que Responsable IT.
  • Expérience dans le secteur de l'énergie ou des mines (un atout).
  • Compétences avérées eninfrastructure IT,sécurité réseau, etgestion des performances réseau.
  • Maîtrise deMicrosoft Active Directory,Windows,macOS,iOS, et gestion du matériel Apple.
  • Excellentes compétences enplanification,organisation,pensée critiqueetrésolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression avec rigueur et attention aux détails.
  • Autonomie,flexibilité, etadaptabilité.
  • Disponibilité pour desdéplacements internationaux.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglaiset dufrançais(écrit et parlé).
