API est une société indépendante Suisse spécialisée dans le conseil et les services informatiques tels que le Conseil aux dirigeants, les Systèmes d'information, l'Infrastructure et la mise à disposition de consultant spécialisés.Forte d’une réputation historique, API c’est plus de 30 ans de projets informatiques en Suisse Romande.API c’est également une structure à taille humaine avec une hiérarchie accessible, où le bien‑être et l’évolution de nos collaborateurs font partie de nos priorités.Nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité, avec un fort esprit d’équipe qui saura s’intégrer au sein d’un environnement moderne et dynamique.Aujourd’hui, nous recherchons un IT Infrastructure Project Manager pour notre client à Avry, dans le canton de Fribourg.Il s'agit d'un poste dans un environnement international.Votre rôle :Gestion globale des infrastructures informatiques au sein de l’équipe Global Service Delivery et IT OperationsSupervision des opérations techniques : Active Directory, Azure, Entra AD, virtualisation (VMWare), SD‑WAN, stockageAnimation et encadrement d’une équipe internationale et multiculturelleRépartition des missions : 60 % management d’équipe et service, 40 % leadership et mentorat techniqueFrançais et Anglais courantExpérience confirmée en infrastructures IT complexes et environnement multi‑technologiesMaîtrise des solutions : Active Directory, Azure, Entra AD, virtualisation (VMWare), SD‑WAN, stockageExpérience en gestion et développement d’équipes multinationales/multiculturellesAptitudes solides en leadership, accompagnement et mentorat techniqueCertification ITIL (V3/V4) fortement appréciéeCapacité à piloter la transformation et la performance collective dans un contexte internationalExcellentes compétences de communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
