  • Steuerung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen in Cross-funktionalen Teams
  • Sicherstellung der Priorisierung und Verfeinerung von Anforderungen gemäss Unternehmenszielen
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Zusammenarbeit zwischen Teams und externen Partnern
  • Koordinieren und Ausführen von ART-Zeremonien, wie PI-Planning Events, ART Sync, System Demo
  • Unterstützung beim Management von Risiken und Abhängigkeiten
Profil
  • Höhere betriebswirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung (z.B. Fachhochschule, Universität)
  • Erfahrung in der Rolle als Scrum Master, agiler Projektleitung sowie praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in agilen Entwicklungsmethoden
  • Tiefes Verständnis von Scrum, Kanban und SAFe, sowie deren Skalierung in einem Multi-Team-Setup - Von Vorteil bist du in SAFe oder ähnlich zertifiziert
  • Erfahrung mit hybriden Vorgehensmodellen und Kollaboration (z. B. Kombination aus Scrum und klassischen Projekten)
  • Ausgeprägte analytische wie auch konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, vernetzte Themen zu strukturieren
  • Grundwissen über Softwareentwicklung & Enterprise Architekturen
  • Ergebnisorientiert und unternehmerisch denkende Allrounder-Persönlichkeit
  • Sicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, sowie verhandlungssicher in Englisch
  • Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der Schweiz (bis max. 20%)
  • Erfahrung in der Payment Industrie ist von Vorteil
