Votre rôle

Pour l’un de nos clients en Finance à Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Senior Product Owner DATA.

Expérience requise

  • Formation en ingénierie informatique / master en finance ou en statistiques
  • Expertise dans le domaine du Data Management : architecture métier, mise en place des Use Cases d’analyse des données
  • Maitrise des technologies Big Data (HortonWorks, Hive, HDFS, HBase, Spark, Kafka, Qlik Replicate) et des outils Dataviz (Suadeo, Tableau…)
  • Expérience récente de 5 ans minimum dans la gestion et la réalisation de solutions de données sur les plateformes big data, maîtrise des modèles de données, facilité à modéliser.
  • Gestion de projet à dominante système d’information, maîtrise des techniques d’analyse des données, des méthodologies statistiques
  • Expérience éprouvée dans le domaine bancaire ou financier
  • Possédant un sens de l’analyse pointu, allié à une approche organisée, rigoureuse et pragmatique, vous saurez avoir le recul nécessaire, poser un regard innovant et critique, faire preuve d’initiative et travailler de manière autonome.
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions
  • Communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais
  • Capacité à fédérer et obtenir des décisions
  • Capacité à animer des workshops
  • Travail en mode distribué

Responsabilités

  • Assurer un rôle de product management sur l’offre data management, mettre en œuvre une vision de l’ensemble des flux de données, proposer, maintenir et faire évoluer les architectures métier de flux de données mises en place.
  • Assurer l’interface entre nos clients et les évolutions concernant le data management appliqué à la finance dans un contexte bancaire, nos partenaires, et nos équipes de développement et de delivery de la solution.
  • Prendre connaissance des nouveaux besoins sur le plan fonctionnel et les clarifier.
  • Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux flux de données, en effectuant les analyses, en rédigeant les spécifications et en assurant le suivi des réalisations et des tests et correctifs.
  • Orienter, suivre et valider les livrables des membres de l’équipe.
  • Se coordonner avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes et collaborer de manière étroite avec l’architecte technique.
  • En collaboration avec l’architecte technique, assurer les mises en production et actualiser les divers documents et outils d’exploitation.
  • Mettre en place des standards et meilleures pratiques, tant sur le plan fonctionnel que méthodologique.
  • Émettre des propositions constructives d’optimisation, de rationalisation et d’industrialisation de nos processus et réalisations.
