Connecting quality engineering talent within the new mobility industries.

I'm supporting an automotive cleantech supplier in their search for an Advanced Quality Engineer to lead multiple OEM customer projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Direct customer contact for quality issues within projects.
  2. Manage APQP and PPAP activities for suppliers and customers.
  3. Serve as the lead for customer complaints and mediate issues using quality tools such as 8D reports.
  4. Ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with the desired level of quality.
  5. Continuous improvement for quality processes internally and with suppliers.
  6. Travel to customer/supplier sites (up to 25%).

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years quality engineering experience for an automotive T1/T2 (advanced/perceived quality advantageous)
  2. Knowledge of automotive plastics and/or composites
  3. Business fluent English language skills
  4. Unlimited right to work in Switzerland without sponsorship
  5. Willingness to work onsite in Switzerland
  6. German and/or French language skills
  7. Experience in a low volume automotive manufacturing environment
