As an After Sales & Claims Specialist (m/f/d), you independently handle complaints and claims, coordinating solutions with internal and external partners.
After Sales & Claims Specialist
You are a good fit for us if you enjoy taking responsibility, think analytically, and take pleasure in finding solutions for customers and internal partners.
Ideally, you bring the following:
- Technical or commercial training as well as experience in customer service, internal sales, quality management, or claim management
- Several years of professional experience in customer service or complaint management
- Understanding of quality, logistics, and production processes
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Analytical skills and enjoyment of root cause analysis
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High communication skills and assertiveness
- Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office
- Very good German and good French skills; English skills are an advantage
