Nexi Switzerland is seeking a Vendor and Performance Excellence Specialist to join the Operations Excellence team in Switzerland. You will define performance frameworks, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement with external vendors and internal service delivery.
Based in Gland (VD) or Wallisellen (ZH), you will drive governance, support transformation initiatives, and partner with Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure compliant, quality service delivery.
