Tasks
Why this role exists
Partnerships are one of our most valuable sources of high-quality mandates. Banks, insurers, pension funds, media houses and portals reach a large share of Swiss property owners at the moment they think about selling, buying or financing. The potential to turn these relationships into new clients, new products and new revenue is far larger than what we capture today.
We want one person who turns this into a repeatable revenue engine: a pipeline with clear economics, signed agreements and partner channels that deliver a measurable share of our mandates every month.
What you will drive
Win new partnerships
- You build and run the partner pipeline: banks, insurers, pension funds, wealth managers, media houses, portals and developers that touch property owners at the moment they think about selling or buying.
- You look at every opportunity through two lenses: how it wins us new clients and expands our reach, and which joint product or offer makes it work for the partner, for their clients and for properti.
- You prepare and lead negotiations: commercial model, data flows, compliance and exclusivity.
- You align closely with the VP Growth and CEO on which partnerships to pursue, with what offer, in what order and through which channel.
Manage and grow existing partnerships
- You own our existing partnerships as their single point of contact: you know the people, the contracts, the targets and the numbers of every partner.
- You launch new partners properly: onboarding, lead routing into our sales teams and enablement of the partner's front line.
- You grow each partnership: more leads, better lead quality, new products and joint campaigns with the VP Growth.
- You run quarterly business reviews with partners, built on numbers, not on relationship.
Present and teach: make every partnership land in sales
- You present every new partnership to our brokers and sales teams: what the partner offers, which clients it brings, how leads arrive and what we promised.
- You train our sales teams to work partner leads and products: talk tracks, objection handling, handover rules and the quality standard each partner expects.
- You run regular sales enablement sessions and refreshers, and you measure the effect in conversion from partner lead to mandate.
- Together with our sales teams, you present properti to the partner's advisors and front line and train them to recommend us.
Optimise processes and scale the channel
- You track every partner channel in our system from lead to mandate to closing, and you fix the funnel where it leaks, together with the VP Growth and our sales teams.
- You build the partner operating model: standard contracts, onboarding playbook, lead handover rules, SLAs and partner reporting.
- You build the partner dashboards.
Open new business
- You develop new revenue streams with partners: embedded financing and insurance, buyer programmes, off-market and investment deals, white-label services.
- You build the business case, pricing and go-to-market for each, and you pilot it before we scale it.
- You bring structured market and partner intelligence back into strategy, product and pricing decisions.
Job requirements
Who You Are
Must-haves
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships or enterprise sales, with a track record of closing B2B partnerships that generated measurable revenue.
- An existing network in the Swiss financial sector: banks, insurers, pension funds or wealth managers. Real estate, PropTech or media is a strong plus.
- Analytical: you build a business case, read a funnel in the CRM and know your unit economics.
- A convincing presenter and trainer: you are as effective in front of our sales teams as in a bank's boardroom.
- Fluent German and English, sharp in writing and in the room. French is a strong plus.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a scaleup between Series A and pre-IPO.
- Background in a bank or insurer's partnership, ecosystem or distribution team, or at a top-tier consulting firm followed by an operating role.
