Harding+ is recruiting an Assistant Retail Manager to lead a diverse onboard team in a premium multi-department cruise retail operation, delivering outstanding guest experiences and strong commercial results.
You will live and work at sea for up to six months at a time, travel the world, with accommodation and meals provided, and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, international environment.
