To support our growth in the Lausanne area, we are looking for a: Test Bench (EGSE) Engineer (M/F)
Your Mission
You will play a key role in the development, integration, and delivery of Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE). You will contribute to the success of Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) activities by ensuring the performance, compliance, and availability of equipment throughout the lifecycle of space programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, and deliver Test Bench (EGSE) equipment required for Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) activities.
- Coordinate technical activities between the various project stakeholders.
- Ensure equipment compliance with technical, quality, and safety requirements.
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors involved in the development of EGSE solutions.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Automation, or Embedded Systems.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Test Bench and EGSE development within the space, aerospace, or defense sectors.
- Experience working on space or satellite programs.
- Fluent English; French is a plus.
- Knowledge of ECSS standards.
- Good understanding of electrical, electronic, or software systems associated with test equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of software languages and environments (Python, C/C++, LabVIEW, Linux, Git).
- Knowledge of space communication protocols (SpaceWire, CAN Bus, RS-422 / RS-485, CCSDS).
