We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented professional to join our team in a dynamic and growing environment. The ideal candidate is eager to develop their skills in client relationship management and credit recovery, combining strong communication abilities with empathy and a solution-driven approach. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, negotiate sustainable payment solutions, and contribute to maintaining positive and professional relationships even in sensitive situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Phone contact with clients for credit management and debt recovery
Active listening to clients’ situations and identification of sustainable payment solutions
Negotiation of repayment plans and monitoring of agreed arrangements
Management and updating of cases in internal systems
Collaboration with the team to monitor open positions
Maintaining a professional and empathetic approach even in sensitive situations
Commercial training (commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification)
Native German and good knowledge of English
Excellent communication skills and strong customer listening abilities
Aptitude for managing customer relationships over the phone
Empathy, mediation skills, and solution-oriented mindset
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Team spirit and reliability
