You’ll be available immediately and speak perfect French and English. You’ll be passionate about the field of aesthetic medicine and seeking a stimulating opportunity within a renowned clinic.

Your mission

Your mission: Treat patients with professionalism while ensuring the smooth running of the clinic. You will also play a key role in the development of our group.

Your main responsibilities

Daily management:

• Opening and closing of the clinic according to schedule (including annual events and month-end closings).
• Welcome patients on arrival (waiting room, telephone, email).
• Organizing diaries and making appointments for doctors and technicians.
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Pre-information and advice on treatments and cosmetics adapted to their needs.
• Invoice preparation and collection.
• Daily, weekly and monthly closures.
• Follow-up of statistics requested by the accounting department.
• Management of medical products and orders in collaboration with the team.

Active contribution:

• Participation in meetings organized by management.
• Proactive communication of any malfunctions.

Your profile

• Experience in management, coordination or hospitality, ideally in the medical or beauty field.
• A keen eye for detail and organization.
• A natural ease with customers and a real talent for building relationships.
• A desire to learn and actively contribute to a constantly evolving environment.
• Fluency in French is essential, English is an asset.
