Exciting Opportunity in a Large Public Sector Organisation – we are looking for a Team Lead Legal & Procurement
If you are an experienced lawyer and leader who thrives where law, technology and public administration meet, this could be your next step. Take on a key role shaping legal governance and procurement in the organisation’s digital transformation.
Are you experienced in:
- Leading and developing an interdisciplinary team of lawyers and procurement specialists?
- Advising internal stakeholders on administrative law, data protection and information security law, public procurement law and IT contract law?
- Developing procurement management and building up professional supplier management for hardware, software and services?
- Providing legal support for IT and digitalisation projects and working closely with senior management, committees and authorities?
If you also check these boxes, we’d love to connect:
- Master’s degree in Law (or lic. iur.)
- Several years of proven leadership experience heading specialist teams, ideally in the public sector or a highly regulated environment
- Sound knowledge of public procurement law, contract law, data protection and administrative law
- Full professional fluency in German, with strong communication and negotiation skills
