Novartis Pharma AG in Basel, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Principal Scientist or Associate Director level modeler to advance translational PBPK modeling across disease areas. The role focuses on integrating in vitro/in vivo data for DDI, absorption, and PK predictions, supporting regulatory submissions with high attention to regulatory guidance.
The position requires deep ADME/DMPK knowledge, PBPK tools (PK-Sim, Simcyp, GastroPlus) and other modeling software (Monolix, R, Phoenix, Nonmem).
