The Department of Aging and Care of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the city of Winterthur in the five senior centers and through Spitex.
For the Residential Group \"Acute and Transitional Care (AÜP)\" in the senior center Adlergarten, which provides a well-maintained home for 160 residents, we are looking for a committed, communicative, and experienced leader who wants to shape daily care together with colleagues starting from December 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your Responsibilities
- Operational management and independent organization of the AÜP residential group
- Ensuring professional care and support for patients
- Responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the care and support team
- Interdisciplinary collaboration, including with the medical service, therapies, the nursing expert, customer consulting, and hospitality
- Responsibility for RAI classification and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
- Active participation in future-oriented care development and the supervision of students
Your Profile
- Training as a nursing specialist HF / FH with acute and/or long-term experience as well as management training or the willingness to acquire it
- Willingness to participate in direct care and support
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, RAI, and PEP knowledge is an advantage) as well as fluent German
- High social competence and communication skills with a high level of commitment
- Great independence, openness to change processes
- Quick comprehension, networked thinking with analytical skills
