Bristol Myers Squibb in Switzerland seeks a senior leader to shape the Global Delivery Organization strategy and drive execution across drug development. You will partner with the GDO Head and LT to set priorities, align programs, and define the roadmap for global trials and country footprint decisions.
You will translate strategy into actionable plans, manage risks, and lead governance and operating rhythm initiatives.
