Job Title: Staff Digital Design Engineer
Location: Switzerland
Job Type: Permanent, Full - Time
Salary: DOE
Role Overview:
- Experience in all aspects of digital design IC development, from architecture definition to release to fabrication
- Solid background in digital architecture and implementation, from RTL to GDS flow, including logic synthesis, place-and-route, Static Timing Analysis and power analysis
- Solid background in firmware development
- Experience in industry standard tools and validation approaches (UVM methodology)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong digital development skills in low-power integrated circuits, including system level performance definition, architecture, firmware algorithms to meet system level specifications, achieving schedule and performance
- Structured and organized approach to modeling, developing and verifying digital modules and functions
- Technical interface with EM remote design teams
- Support the BU technical leader in product definition including technical analysis
- Interface with Quality, Design Services, Fab, Back-End
Experience Required:
- Master's degree with 7-10 years of experience
- Equivalently, PhD-level academic background in matching field
- Prior experience in Machine learning technology and architecture
- Prior experience in sensor-oriented IC product
- Ability to communicate with clarity and precision when interacting with external groups
- Strong motivation towards satisfying external customer requirements for MOS products
