vacancy for our Basel-based client in the pharmaceutical sector
Your tasks:
- Manage on-time delivery performance for clinical supply shipments across the global distribution network
- Coordinate depot supply activities in close collaboration with Clinical Demand and Supply stakeholders
- Represent distribution activities in Protocol Execution Teams, Global Supply Execution Teams, and other relevant meetings
- Identify, investigate, and resolve operational or system-related issues that may impact delivery performance
- Execute activities accurately within CLARA, including first- and second-level diagnostics
- Support quality-related processes, including incidents, CAPAs, and change management activities where applicable
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous-improvement initiatives within the global clinical distribution organisation
Your experience/knowledge:
- Completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Biotechnology, or a related field
- 3-4+ years of professional experience in clinical supply chain, clinical trial logistics, warehouse management, or a related supply chain discipline
- Strong SAP/ERP knowledge and hands-on experience
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments
- Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is highly advantageous
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage
- Language skills: English

Hybrid, with 3 days per week onsite
