Aufgaben
  • Führung der Qualitätskontrolle mit mehreren Mitarbeitenden
  • GMP-konforme und termingerechte analytische Prüfung von Rohstoffen, Zwischen- und Endprodukten
  • Verantwortung für das Stabilitätsmanagement
  • Überwachung und Koordination Freigabeanalytik mit HPLC, GC, nass-chemischen Methoden und Titrationen von
  • Unterstützung der Methodenentwicklung und -validierung sowie Begleitung des Transfers in die Routine
  • Dokumentation, Auswertung und Beurteilung analytischer Prüfungen im GMP-Umfeld (OOS, OOE OOT und Abweichungen)
  • Vorbereitung von Kunden- und Behördenaudits
  • Beratung der Kunden bei spezifischen analytischen Fragestellungen
Qualifikation
  • Chemisches oder pharmazeutisches Studium abgeschlossen (Uni/FH) - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Analytik oder eine Lehre als Chemielaborant mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (HFP, HTL)
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Freigabeanalytik oder Qualitätskontrolle im regulierten Umfeld (GMP Erfahrung ist ein Plus)
  • Führungserfahrung als Laborleiter / Teamleiter von Vorteil
  • Breites Know-how in analytischen Methoden wie HPLC und nass-chemischen Methoden
  • Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift
