You’ll be working across the growth and makers teams to help us reach our sales targets and generate leads. You’ll work closely with the account managers and partners at what., and get the opportunity to collaborate across departments. Our team is distributed globally, allowing you to be part of an exciting multi-cultural team.

Tasks

For this role you need an in-depth understanding of our services, company culture, key people and how we work. You’ll be responsible for how we use our CRM (Pipedrive), implementing new workflows and mining the CRM data to identify new lead and upsell opportunities. Your role includes identifying the potential solution and assigning qualified leads to the appropriate account manager.

You'll be crucial in maintaining an organised lead and deal pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM updates.

Requirements

Must haves:

  • Excellent sales drive and communication skills, understanding and empathising with clients' perspectives to build a positive impression.
  • Excellent understanding of utilising CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive, for data mining
  • In-depth knowledge of creating workflow automation and best practices in CRM systems
  • Demonstrated track record in sales, customer service and client relationship-building
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to confidently communicate in English, German is a big plus(Swiss German preferred)
  • Commercial understanding and streetwise pragmatism
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and win
  • Solution oriented attitude

  • Understanding of growth marketing and product development services
  • Digital agency experience
  • Understanding of the Swiss market
