System Verification Manager

Participate in product development and continuous improvement projects to enhance product performance and qualityCollaborate with various product stakeholders to understand customer needs and design specifications, and convert these into detailed test specificationsDevelop test cases, including methodology, setups, materials, procedures, requirements, and acceptance criteria, ensuring compliance with product standardsDevelop or acquire the necessary test equipment to measure system performance accuratelyOversee the commissioning and qualification of test equipment to ensure it meets all necessary standards and specificationsCreate, optimize, introduce, and validate new test methods to improve testing efficiency and effectivenessPrepare comprehensive testing documentation, including test procedures and detailed step-by-step protocolsIndependently perform and coordinate complex testing activities, support failure mode analysis, conduct root cause investigations, and scout for new verification tools
Bachelor's or Master's degree from ETH, university, or FH in medical engineering, mechanics, microengineering, or mechatronicsProven experience in developing and validating test methods and equipmentPossess a target-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitudeDemonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking abilitiesExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration and information sharingIn-depth knowledge of analyzing test results, including statistical evaluationGood Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is advantageousExperience with Matlab and CAD software (Siemens NX) is advantageousProficient in German and English, both spoken and written
