Role will be articulated around 2 majors pillars:

Fraud Investigations

  • Collaborate with the Chief Internal Audit Officer in leading and overseeing internal investigations related to fraud.
  • Play a crucial role in combating fraud by heading investigations through designated channels for ethics and anti-fraud reporting.
  • Conduct examinations of records to detect fraud, investigate incidents of employee theft, corruption, conflicts of interest, and other forms of misconduct.
  • Analyze data, transactions, financial statements, and scrutinize documents to identify indicators of fraudulent activities.
  • Conduct interviews with witnesses and subjects of the investigation.

Fraud Risk Assessment & Framework

  • Prepare fraud risk assessments to review controls effectiveness for fighting fraud within concerned function.
  • Participate to the enhancement of the Group internal control system. Analyse fraud trends (including schemes), and internal control failures uncovered to develop and enhance Group fraud prevention program.
  • Build and share training material (fraud awareness) with management and during anti-fraud workshops throughout the Group.
  • Consolidate and grow the fraud risk culture and the investigation techniques among the colleagues of the internal audit Department. Coordinate and guide Internal Audit team for integrating controls within the audit work programs dedicated to fraud detection.
  • Write reports and present investigation findings (with recommendations) to Group Management and Key Stakeholders.




  • Between 3-5 years of experience in in managing sensitive and complex investigations internationally.



  • Professional qualification such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is an advantage.



  • Data analytics skills.



  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese).



  • Willingness to travel worldwide.



  • No remote working.



  • EU citizenship or valid Swiss work permit is required.
