Quality Assurance Specialist H/F
pour une mission temporaire de 6 mois à 50%
Quality Assurance Specialist H/FDESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
Principales tâches et responsabilités:
  • Contribue activement à la mise en place et à l'amélioration continue du Système de Management de laQualité conforme aux Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution des produits de santé en vigueur;
  • Contribue au développement et à la diffusion de la culture qualité au sein des différentes équipes;
  • Cartographie les processus et identifie les processus critiques;
  • Analyse les risques et procède à la gestion des risques;
  • Identifie et rédige et ou participe à la rédaction des SOPs et autres documents nécessaires au système qualité (accords techniques avec fournisseurs ou sous-traitants inclus);
  • Révise, contrôle et archive les SOPs et autres documents nécessaires au système qualité;
  • Prépare, organise, dispense les formations initiales et continues liées aux BPD et à la mise en applicationdes SOPs;
  • S'assure de l'implémentation des SOPs au sein des différentes unités;
  • Maintien le Manuel Assurance Qualité du centre logistique de Satigny;
  • Organise, participe aux réunions qualité et aux audits internes.
  • Peut-être amené à (en fonction des priorités):
  • Suivre les principaux indicateurs de performance qualité;
  • Participer aux qualifications/validations;
  • Suivre les déviations et CAPA;
  • Suivre les réclamations clients/fournisseurs.

PROFIL ATTENDU
Formation et Expérience requise:
Master en assurance qualité et gestion des risques;Diplôme de pharmacie ou de biologie ou équivalent, un atout;Excellente maîtrise du français parlés et écrits, bonne maîtrise de l'anglais;Maîtrise de l'informatique (Excel-Word);Lignes directrices du 5 novembre 2013 concernant les bonnes pratiques de distribution en gros des médicaments à usage humain;Bonnes pratiques de stockage et de distribution des produits médicaux (TRS 1025 Annexe 7);ISO 9001 un atout.Expérience en matière de gestion des risques.Bonnes aptitudes à la rédaction orale et technique, y compris une capacité d'analyse et de synthèse;Capacités conceptuelles et analytiques, fortes aptitudes à la négociation et capacité à influencer les autres pour parvenir à un accord;Capacité reconnue à obtenir des résultats et à gérer efficacement les ressources;Orienté vers le bénéficiaire et le client;Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à fixer des priorités et à suivre des objectifs;Solides compétences interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe;Capacité à travailler sous pression avec un grand nombre d'interlocuteurs;Flexibilité, bonne humeur et sens aigu de l'esprit d'équipe.
