- Leadership d'équipe : Diriger et encadrer une équipe d'ingénieurs réseau, en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et performant.
- Gestion de projets et initiatives : Gérer les projets et initiatives liés aux réseaux IT, y compris la planification, l'exécution, le suivi et le reporting pour assurer une livraison en temps voulu et en adéquation avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Conseils techniques : Fournir une expertise technique et des conseils aux membres de l'équipe, en les aidant à résoudre des problèmes complexes et en veillant au respect des meilleures pratiques et des normes de l'industrie.
- Administration du réseau : Superviser l'administration et la maintenance de l'infrastructure réseau mondiale, y compris la configuration, la surveillance des performances et le dépannage.
- Disponibilité : Assurer la performance et la disponibilité du réseau. Gérer tous les incidents réseau conformément aux SLA.
- Sécurité et conformité : Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures de sécurité, y compris la mise en œuvre et la surveillance des mesures de sécurité pour protéger l'intégrité et la confidentialité du réseau IT.
- Collaboration : Collaborer avec d'autres équipes, telles que les systèmes, le cloud, la sécurité et le développement, pour soutenir les projets et initiatives transversaux.
- Documentation : Maintenir une documentation précise des réseaux IT, des configurations, des procédures et des processus pour faciliter le partage des connaissances et assurer la continuité des opérations.
- Amélioration continue : Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus, d'automatisation et d'optimisation de l'efficacité au sein de l'environnement réseau IT.
- Gouvernance et processus : Établir et maintenir la gouvernance IT, suivre les politiques et procédures pour assurer l'alignement avec le reste du département IT.
- Diplôme en informatique, technologies de l'information ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience avérée dans un rôle de leadership au sein d'un environnement IT, de préférence dans la gestion d'une équipe réseau.
- Expertise technique solide en protocoles réseau, configuration de pare-feu et configuration d'équipements réseau.
- Excellentes compétences en communication avec la capacité d'interagir efficacement avec des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.
- Expérience en gestion de projets, y compris la capacité à prioriser les tâches, gérer les ressources et livrer des résultats dans les délais impartis.
- Certifications pertinentes (par exemple, CCNA, CCNP, NSE) sont un plus. Solides compétences en leadership et en résolution de problèmes, avec une approche proactive et orientée vers les résultats pour la gestion des opérations OT. La certification ITIL est indispensable.
- Orientation client et service.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais indispensable.
