You will analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with the relevant departments to develop efficient and forward-looking solutions. /p pAs the central point of contact between Customer Service, Sales, and other departments such as Finance, Logistics, and Procurement, you will gather process requirements, evaluate them, and oversee their implementation.
