Responsibilities:
/h3 pThe Senior Analyst
- Business Development will be responsible for the efficient modellingand analysis of business plans for existing investments and new investmentopportunities, as well as providing ad-hoc support to the Corporate Finance /Treasury department: /p ul liUndertake detailed analysis and financial modelling oflong term business plans to support financing, expansion and valuation ofcapital investments and assessment of new investment opportunities /li liRefine, engineer and maintain multiple long termbusiness development models /li liPerform quantitative and qualitative market analysis(MA activity, competition, market drivers, economic environment,regulation, etc.) /li liConduct general background checks and company-specificresearch to support due diligence of new investment opportunities /li liPreparepresentations and papers for senior management and Board of Director reviews ofbusiness development matters /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Skill: /h3 ul liMSc in Finance or Business /li li3-4 years’ experience in investment finance / valuation or related investment analysis experience /li liProven experience in detailed financial modelling and assessment of returns on investments /li liExpert Excel modelling skills with strong understanding of financial return assessment techniques /li liStrong analytical skills /li liVery detail-oriented and highly organized /li liProficiency in both written and spoken English with strong expertise in concise and effective written and presentation preparation skills /li liAbility to work in a collaborative, demanding, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environm environment /li /ul pOur company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. /p pTo discover more about TIL, click here /p /p
