ph3Mission /h3 pWe’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Consultant to support an electronic content management (ECM) migration between two banking information systems. Our mission is to deliver a secure, timely, and compliant migration by assessing counterparty data, aligning data semantics, and operating robust integration processes. As a consultant you’ll design and run migration workflows, coordinate with business and technical teams from both organizations, and ensure high‑quality outcomes—with a pragmatic, production‑focused approach. Experience using AI as a productivity tool is a plus. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist Business and IT ECM teams to plan and execute the migration of content and metadata from one bank’s information system to the target bank’s system. /li liOrganize and lead data mapping workshops with business units; capture requirements and align data semantics across both banks. /li liConduct system assessments using input from domain business lines to evaluate counterparty data, identify integration challenges, and propose remediation strategies. /li liDesign, implement, and operate ETL processes and migration pipelines to move content and metadata into target ECM systems in a timely manner; leverage FME Migration Tool where applicable. /li liExecute migration tasks hands‑on, coordinating cutover and post‑migration stabilization activities. /li liEmphasize maintainability (modular, well‑structured migration components), observability (structured logging, metrics, traceability), and operability (standardized error handling and troubleshooting runbooks) across the migration lifecycle. /li liEnsure data quality and compliance through reconciliation checks, consistency validations, and regulatory controls; resolve discrepancies with stakeholders. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to align integration goals and manage expectations across business and IT. /li liDocument data mappings, functional and technical specifications, runbooks, and operational procedures to enable IT‑business alignment and knowledge transfer. /li liRamp up quickly on both organizations’ systems and processes; contribute to cross‑team collaboration. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liProven experience delivering ECM/content/data migrations in complex, regulated environments (preferably banking/financial services). /li liDeep knowledge of Documentum architecture and administration, including:
- D2, Content Server, JMS, API, DFS, DFC, DqMan /li liCaptiva / InputAccel / Intelligent Capture platform knowledge /li liStrong ETL design and implementation skills for content and metadata migrations; experience with reconciliation, rollback strategies, and performance considerations. /li liKnowledge of the FME Migration Tool is a strong plus. /li liProficient in Java development (e.g., Eclipse) and familiar with DevOps principles for packaging, deployment, and CI integration. /li liUnderstanding of Documentum security models (user roles, ACLs, access controls) and compliance requirements related to content management. /li liExcellent facilitation and communication skills; ability to translate business needs into precise data mappings and technical specifications. /li liFluent in English; fast learner able to integrate quickly with both companies’ business and technical teams. /li liAbility to leverage AI tools as a productivity aid for documentation and specification tasks. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience using AI to streamline migration documentation, mapping proposals, and quality checks. /li liIntegration experience between ECM and enterprise systems (e.g., APIs, messaging, downstream archives/records). /li liFamiliarity with data governance and regulatory frameworks for content retention and privacy (e.g., GDPR, records retention). /li liPerformance tuning and batch window planning for large‑scale migrations. /li liKnowledge of additional ECM migration utilities/tools. /li /ul h3Mindset Soft Skills /h3 ul liOwnership mentality with a bias for clean, pragmatic solutions and timely delivery. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills; methodical approach to debugging integration and data quality issues. /li liClear, empathetic communication and stakeholder management across business and IT. /li liOrganized, documentation‑driven, and attentive to security and compliance. /li liCollaborative, able to coordinate across multiple teams and time zones. /li /ul h3Others
