The primary objective of this role is to design and execute end-to-end data migration solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems within a financial services environment, leveraging advanced skills in Python, SQL, and PL/SQL. The position requires conducting comprehensive database analysis, data profiling, and quality assessments to ensure data integrity and resolve complex migration anomalies across large, mission-critical datasets. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with business analysts, architects, and developers to define migration strategies, provide technical guidance, and maintain thorough documentation throughout the migration lifecycle. YOUR CHALLENGE Database Analysis Perform advanced data analysis using Python and SQLConduct data profiling, quality assessments, and impact analysesGenerate migration reports Transformation and Migration Design, develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end data migration solutions for CRM solutionsAnalyze source and target systems to define migration strategies and mapping specificationsPerform detailed data mapping, transformation and loading activities to ensure data consistency and integrityDevelop and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL and Python scripts to support extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of dataIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve migration-related data issues, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business analysts, architects and developers to gather migration requirementsProvide technical guidance and support during migration planning, execution, and post-go-live activitiesDocument migration processes, technical specifications, and operational procedures

YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in data migration, database development, or data integration projectsProven experience delivering complex data migration projects within enterprise environmentsExperience with CRM systems in financial industriesHands-on experience working with large datasets and mission-critical business systemsStrong knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL and PythonRelational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)Ability to develop complex automation, validation, transformation, and migration scriptsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracyVery good English level (verbal/written)
