With our global reach combined with a pragmatic and personalized approach, we effectively support both professionals and organizations in achieving their goals. /p h3Position Overview /h3 pWe are looking for an bIT / OT Support Specialist /b to join an on-site IT organization supporting a complex and critical industrial environment.br/The role sits at the intersection of traditional IT systems and Operational Technology (OT), working closely with global IT teams, security, and manufacturing stakeholders. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipProvide bLevel 2 and Level 3 support /b for end users (incidents and service requests via phone, email, walk-up, and self-service portal) /p /li lipProvision, maintain, and support end-user hardware, software, and peripherals /p /li lipSupport and maintain network printers, conference room equipment, and other site devices /p /li lipAdminister and support bWindows 10 and Windows Server environments () /b /p /li lipSupport network operations including routers, switches, and general TCP/IP connectivity /p /li lipCoordinate with global IT Service Desk, Endpoint Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security teams /p /li lipEscalate incidents according to established incident response procedures /p /li lipParticipate in IT/OT projects and lifecycle management initiatives /p /li lipSupport patching, updates, antivirus, backup, and recovery activities /p /li lipAssist with monitoring, asset management, and change management /p /li lipSupport industrial control system (ICS) network environments and OT security initiatives /p /li lipCoordinate IT/OT support for industrial capital projects from design through commissioning /p /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul lipA+ certification or equivalent practical experience /p /li lipbCCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) /b /p /li lipbMinimum 5 years of IT experience /b, including exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments /p /li lipStrong knowledge of: /p ul lipWindows 10 and Windows Server (2017, 2019, 2022) /p /li lipNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching) /p /li /ul /li lipExperience with Mobile Device Management solutions /p /li lipHands-on experience with enterprise printers and peripherals /p /li lipAbility to operate in a structured, regulated, and safety-critical environment /p /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul lipCCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent security certifications /p /li lipExperience with Fortinet and/or Palo Alto firewalls /p /li lipVirtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V) /p /li lipTools such as SolarWinds and WSUS /p /li lipKnowledge of industrial systems (ICS / DCS: Siemens, Emerson, Honeywell) /p /li lipPrevious experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or continuous manufacturing environments /p /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul lipHands-on, autonomous, and service-oriented mindset /p /li lipStrong communication skills and ability to work with global IT organizations /p /li lipHigh attention to security, documentation, and operational excellence /p /li lipComfortable working in mission‑critical industrial environments /p /li /ul h3Legal Requirements /h3 ul lipPosition based in Switzerland /p /li lipbValid Swiss work permit required (CH / B / C / G or EU with eligibility) /b /p /li /ul
