Lagardère Travel Retail développe dans les lieux de voyage en Suisse ses activités avec entre autres des concepts de restauration adaptés à l’environnement local, comme The Bloody Bar, en Gare de Genève Cornavin.

Beauty Consultant (H/F) 50%-100%

MISSION

Nous recherchons actuellement plusieurs Conseillers Beauté à temps plein et à temps partiel pour nos marques Estée Lauder, Clinique, l'Occitane, Crème de la Mer (langue exigée chinois) . Le rôle du Conseiller Beauté va bien au-delà d'un simple accueil : il incarne l'essence même de nos parfums et produits cosmétiques, offrant un accueil chaleureux et une orientation experte aux clients. En étant le visage de nos marques, il joue un rôle crucial dans la promotion de leur image. Ce professionnel s'engage à comprendre les besoins uniques de chaque client, à leur offrir des conseils éclairés et à conclure les ventes en offrant un service d'excellence, avec pour objectif principal de booster les ventes. En plus de ses responsabilités de vente, il assure également l'encaissement des transactions et participe activement à maintenir la boutique en parfait état, tout en assurant une gestion efficace des stocks.

 

RESPONSABILITS
  • Accueille et oriente la clientèle en fonction de son besoin
  • Conseille le client par une connaissance approfondie des produits
  • Agit en tant qu’ambassadeur de la marque qu’il représente
  • Est responsable de démontrer la force de la marque par ses connaissances produits
  • Vend les produits au client et développe la vente complémentaire et/ou additionnelle
  • Effectue l’encaissement des articles selon la procédure définie
  • Effectue le comptage de sa caisse et établit les documents de remise en banque
  • Participe au rangement des produits dans les linéaires (en cohérence avec les règles de merchandising) et maintient la propreté des produits en boutique
  • Participe à la mise en place des animations et changement de promotions

 

 

Compétences requises

Formation Commerciale
Expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans la vente de parfums cosmétiques dans le domaine du luxe
Maitrise de l’outil informatique / Formation possible
Parfaite maitrise du Chinois, du Français et de l'anglais, toute autre langue un atout
