Job Description:
Actively seek out new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Talent Sourcing and Assessment: Source, screen, and assess candidates to match them with appropriate job opportunities within the financial services sector.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the client base.
Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating terms of business, managing job offers, and facilitating smooth transitions for successful placements.
