Responsibilities:
Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure deadlines are met Coordinate IT, Infrastructure, and Workplace Management teams Identify potential risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and implement corrective action plans Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to managementEnsure technical activities remain aligned with overall project objectives and timelines Key
Skills:
Strong project management skills, including planning, KPI tracking, and reporting Experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management Good understanding of IT environments and technical infrastructure Risk management, issue resolution, and delivery tracking Fluent English required (C1) German is a strong plus
Your Profile
5–10 years of experience in IT, infrastructure, or technical project management. Proven ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders. Experience in industrial or technically complex environments is an advantage. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, autonomous, and able to drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Speak soon
