You will communicate with debtors and insurance companies to negotiate settlements, establish payment plans, follow up on insurance claims, and resolve disputes. You will also research debtor information and ensure all cases are documented accurately. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliContact debtors and insurers worldwide in a professional, assertive, and courteous manner. /liliSubmit and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely resolution. /liliUse specialized databases and research tools to locate debtors and obtain updated contact information. /liliConduct a high volume of outbound collection calls (approx. 85% of working time). /liliNegotiate settlements and payment plans to recover outstanding balances. /liliDocument all collection activity clearly and accurately. /liliResolve disputes and act as the link between creditors and debtors. /liliHandle administrative tasks such as correspondence, client requests, and reports. /liliEnsure compliance with international debt collection and data protection standards. /liliConsistently meet and exceed collection targets. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBilingual proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English (professional level) plus native fluency in another major language. /liliStrong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. /liliAssertive, clear, and professional communication style. /liliHighly motivated, resilient, and results\\-oriented. /liliStrong organizational and time management abilities. /liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, define issues, and implement solutions. /liliComputer literate with solid keyboard proficiency. /liliCurrent residence in Switzerland is required, along with a valid Swiss work permit or the legal right to obtain one ( , EU/EFTA citizens already residing in Switzerland). /liliRemote work from abroad is not possible. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in debt collection, sales, or call centers. /liliKnowledge of travel or medical insurance claims. /li /ulh3What
