- br/bDuration: /b12months -with possibility of extension /h3 bResponsabilities: /b ul liProcess, instruct, and monitor global free-of-payment (FOP) securities transfers involving equities, bonds, and standard investment funds. /li liInvestigate and exchange settlement-related information with counterparties via email. /li liIssue settlement instructions to domestic and international custodians and central securities depositories using SWIFT MT540/542 messages and other communication channels. /li liMonitor outstanding transactions and proactively resolve pending cases, discrepancies, and settlement issues. /li liHandle and respond to inquiries and claims from counterparties, custodians, and internal stakeholders. /li liIndependently investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies, including position breaks, transaction taxes, and fees, as well as related booking and reconciliation activities. /li liManage the team's shared mailbox and telephone hotline, including responding to inquiries and distributing work assignments as appropriate. /li /ul pbYour Profile: /b /p ul liDetailed knowledge of securities settlement and post-trade operations. /li liMandatory expertise in SWIFT 54x message types (MT540, MT541, MT542, MT543). /li liProficient in Microsoft Office applications. /li liExperience with SIS Portal, BBH Infuse, and Clearstream Xact (CBL Xact). /li /ul pDue to Swiss work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from EU citizens or holders of valid working permit in Switzerland. /p
