Join a diverse global community that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and purpose. /ppWe are looking for an experienced RD Team Lead with a strong background in power semiconductor technologies and a proven track record in leading and developing high-performing RD teams. /ph3How you’ll make an impact /h3ullipLead, manage, and develop a team of RD engineers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team culture /p /lilipTake full responsibility for team delivery, including resource planning, performance management, and team development /p /lilipOwn the end-to-end development of bipolar semiconductor devices, from concept to manufacturing transfer /p /lilipDefine and execute RD strategies aligned with business goals and technology roadmaps /p /lilipDrive innovation in materials, device architectures, and fabrication processes /p /lilipCollaborate closely with process engineering, product management, and manufacturing to ensure successful industrialization /p /lilipActively monitor emerging technologies and market trends in power semiconductors /p /lilipGuide and review technical work, ensuring high quality standards and technical excellence /p /lilipOversee project execution, including timelines, budget, and risk management /p /lilipPrepare and review technical documentation, presentations, and patent applications /p /li /ulh3Your background /h3ullipPhD or master’s degree in physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline with strong grounding in semiconductor device physics /p /lilipbSeveral years of experience in semiconductor RD, /b including proven experience in leading and managing RD teams /p /lilipSolid track record in people management, including performance management, coaching, and team development /p /lilipExtensive hands‑on experience in power semiconductor devices (e.g. IGBTs, power MOSFETs, diodes, thyristors) or related applications /p /lilipDemonstrated ability to drive technical delivery through others in a complex RD environment /p /lilipStrong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills /p /lilipExperience in managing cross‑functional teams and influencing without authority /p /lilipStrong ownership mindset with the ability to balance technical depth and leadership responsibilities /p /lilipPassion for developing people, driving innovation, and building high‑performing teams /p /li /ulh3More
