Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /ph3About the Role /h3pAs our new ERP Digital Solutions Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, stability and business continuity of our APPlus ERP system. You will provide reliable technical support to our employees, troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform routine maintenance and continuously develop the system to meet evolving business needs. /ppWith a solid understanding of our business processes, you will provide 1st and 2nd level application support, coordinate with external software vendors and work closely with different departments to implement new functionalities and improve existing solutions. /ppBeyond ERP application management, you will also contribute to our digitalization initiatives by identifying opportunities for business process optimization, data analytics and intelligent automation, including AI-supported solutions. You will help translate business requirements into practical digital solutions that improve efficiency, transparency and productivity across the organization. /ph3Main activities and responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure the stable operation, maintenance and business continuity of our APPlus ERP system. /liliProvide 1st and 2nd level application support, troubleshoot issues and coordinate problem resolution with external software vendors. /liliConfigure, customize and continuously improve ERP functionalities, interfaces and integrations based on business requirements. /liliSupport system upgrades, testing, documentation, user training and the implementation of new functionalities. /liliCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, challenge existing workflows and optimize business processes. /liliIdentify and implement opportunities for digitalization, workflow automation and AI-supported solutions. /liliSupport data analytics, reporting and dashboard development to improve transparency and data-driven decision-making. /liliWork closely with internal IT teams, infrastructure specialists and external partners to ensure secure, reliable and efficient system solutions. /li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful /h3ulliAt least 2 years of experience with APPlus ERP or comparable ERP systems, ideally in a manufacturing environment. /liliSolid understanding of ERP applications, business processes and system integrations. /liliGood knowledge of IT principles, application management and troubleshooting. /liliExperience with MS SQL and database management is an advantage. /liliExperience in data analytics, business intelligence or reporting tools an advantage. /liliKnowledge of workflow automation, AI applications or digital process optimization is highly valued. /liliExperience working with Operations, Supply Chain, Production or Assembly departments is an advantage. /liliFluent in German and English. /liliProactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently while managing competing priorities. /liliAble to combine technical expertise with a good understanding of business needs. /li /ulh3Our Offer /h3ulliA highly technological and stimulating environment focused on innovation, experimentation and applied research /liliMarket competitive compensation and flexible working time /liliA diverse and inclusive work environment aligned with Coesia values /li /ulh3Join the Team /h3pCoesia is an equal opportunity employer.
