This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager Electrophysiology – Central Switzerland. /p pObjectives of the Position: /p ul liAchieving growth objectives through effective coaching of the clinical sales team and strong project management /li liWorking closely with Clinical Training Lead to recruit, coach, develop and inspire Clinical Support Specialists /li liLaunching innovation across the region with the support of the New Technology Specialist /li liImplementing a strategic business plan for sustainable growth in the area /li liBuilding and cultivating long-term internal and external (customer) relationships /li liImplementing the company goals in the business area
