Come, be a part of this change. /ppWinGD is looking for a /ph3Senior Controller (m/f/d) /h3pLocation: Winterthur /ppWorkload: 100% /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of the Internal Control System (IKS). /liliSupport the development and implementation of Finance policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring clear responsibilities, approval flows, and effective control points. /liliMonitor and improve key Finance processes and workflows, ensuring consistent execution and compliance with established policies and procedures. /liliPerform internal control testing and monitor the execution of key financial controls. /liliEnsure compliance with finance policies, procedures, approval matrices, and governance standards. /liliIdentify process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant Finance stakeholders. /liliMonitor Accounts Receivable aging and support cash collection governance and reporting. /liliCoordinate governance activities during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing. /liliSupport internal audits by preparing documentation, coordinating audit requests, and tracking remediation actions. /liliPrepare governance dashboards, KPI reports, and risk monitoring reports. /liliSupport process standardization and continuous improvement across Finance. /liliCollaborate with Accounting, Treasury, FPA, Business Controllers, and other Finance stakeholders to improve finance governance, process effectiveness, and controls. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience in Controlling, Financial Governance, Internal Controls, or Finance Compliance. /liliGood understanding of finance processes, policies, and internal controls. /liliStrong understanding of Swiss accounting and financial reporting processes. /liliHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems. /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. /liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. /liliFluent English; German is an advantage. /li /ulh3Our Offer /h3ulliAn opportunity to shape the sustainability and environmental impact of the shipping industry.
