- Zürich /h3pANIMSHOP is looking for an experienced, committed, and results-driven Store Manager to lead its retail location in Zürich. /ppStart date: To be agreed /ppDo you have solid retail experience, enjoy bringing a team together around ambitious goals, and know how to turn KPIs into concrete results? Then this role could be your next challenge. /ppWe are looking for someone who can manage the store independently, with energy and a strong commercial mindset, while ensuring an excellent customer experience and creating a motivating work environment for the team. /ph3Your responsibilities /h3ulliLeading, motivating, and developing the team on a daily basis /liliEnsuring high-quality customer service and an outstanding in-store experience /liliDriving commercial performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs /liliOverseeing store operations, merchandising, stock management, and visual presentation /liliAnalysing store performance and implementing concrete actions to improve results /liliEnsuring compliance with company standards, procedures, and policies /liliCreating a positive, dynamic, and high-performing work environment /liliTaking part in the organisation of occasional events /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliYou have proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management position /liliYou have a strong knowledge of and interest in pop culture, TCGs, anime, and manga /liliYou have demonstrated your ability to achieve strong commercial results /liliYou have excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills /liliYou have a strong commercial mindset and a hands-on, operational approach /liliYou enjoy taking initiative, working independently, and taking ownership of store performance /liliYou are passionate about retail and delivering an excellent customer experience /li /ulh3What
