- Hedge Funds and Alternative Investments M/F /pulliMinimum 6 years of experience in Fund Operations, Fund Dealing, Transfer Agency, Custody or Asset Servicing environments, including significant exposure to Hedge Funds and alternative investments. /liliProven expertise in Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments and Private Equity structures and demonstrated experience in handling complex, high-risk and non-standardized fund transactions. /liliStrong understanding of fund dealing lifecycles, settlement processes, cash management, accounting flows and operational controls. /liliIn-depth knowledge of fund-specific restrictions, including cut-offs, notice periods, lock-ups, gates, side pockets and liquidity constraints. /liliProven ability to manage complex operational relationships with Transfer Agents, fund administrators, Global Custodians and depositaries. /liliStrong operational risk awareness and the ability to assess the business and client impact of decisions. /liliAbility to challenge apparently valid instructions when inconsistencies, unusual features or potential risks are identified. /liliDemonstrated ability to make sound and timely decisions in complex, high-pressure and non-standard situations. /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. /liliHigh level of autonomy, accountability, rigor and attention to detail, with a strong commitment to quality and operational excellence. /liliExcellent prioritization and workload-management capabilities, combined with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. /liliResilient and adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with strong client-service orientation. /liliAbility to act as a recognized subject-matter expert and trusted reference point for complex operational matters to share expertise and support the development of other team members. /liliFluency in English is mandatory. /li /ulh3Langues /h3pFluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset. /p
