Sportgastro AG - Gastronomie auf höchstem Niveau

Die Sportgastro AG betreibt sämtliche Restaurants in der PostFinance Arena und auf dem Areal der BERNEXPO in Bern sowie zahlreiche weitere Gastronomiebetriebe in der Stadt und Agglomeration Bern. Das Unternehmen ist eine Schwestergesellschaft der SCB Eishockey AG.

Die Sportgastro AG betreibt mittlerweile namhafte Restaurationsbetriebe in und rund um Bern. In all ihren Betrieben hat Sportgastro rund 1100 Mitarbeitende mit Voll- und Teilzeitpensen angestellt und ist dadurch zu einem wichtigen Arbeitgeber im Raum Bern geworden.

Verwaltet und gelenkt wird Sportgastro vom Hauptsitz PostFinance Arena aus. Die einzelnen Gastronomiebetriebe werden vor Ort durch Betriebsleitungen operativ geführt.

Die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche unserer Gäste stehen im Zentrum unseres täglichen Schaffens. Mit Liebe zum Detail pflegen wir Servicedienstleistung auch im Kleinen. Dafür investieren wir in die Ausbildung und Förderung unserer Mitarbeitenden, mit dem Ziel, dadurch die Selbständigkeit jedes Einzelnen zu fördern und als Team jeden Tag etwas erfolgreicher zu werden.

Mit unseren Betrieben bilden wir einen Lehrlingsverbund, mit welchem wir als KMU im Kanton Bern eine Pionierrolle in der gastronomischen Lehrlingsausbildung einnehmen.

Im Herzen der Berner Altstadt, lädt The BEEF Steakhouse & Bar zum gediegenen Dinieren ein. Das modern und stillvoll eingerichtete Restaurant verfügt im Erdgeschoss über eine Sportsbar mit Lounge und ein Bistro mit insgesamt 90 Plätzen. Im ersten Stock befindet sich das edle Steakhouse, welches 50 Gästen Platz bietet.

Die Sportgastro AG ist eine Schwestergesellschaft der SCB Eishockey AG.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Küchenchefs und Stellvertretung bei dessen Abwesenheit

  • Einsatz auf verschiedenen Posten im à la carte und Bankettgeschäft

  • Unterstützung bei der Mitarbeiterführung und Betreuung der Lernenden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung

  • Kreativität und Leidenschaft für die Kochkunst

  • Fachkenntnisse auf allen Posten
