  • Du hast ein Flair für Zahlen
  • Du begeisterst und unterstützt unsere Gäste, Kunden und Kollegen mit deiner flexiblen und stressresistenten Arbeitsweise
  • Du kannst bei der Entwicklung und Einführung von problemlösenden Actionplänen im Finanzbereich mithelfen
  • Du kannst das Implementieren und Rationalisieren aller internen Kontrollvorgänge; abdeckend für sämtliche buchhalterischen Aktivitäten im Hotel
  • Du kannst die Kontrolle offener Opera PM Konten übernehmen und kontrollieren
  • Du kannst deine Aufmerksamkeit auf Bewegungen und spezifische Änderungen von Debitorensalden oder Zahlungsmuster lenken
  • Du assisierst dem Finanzleiter und allen Abteilungsleiter/innen im Hotel bei der Erstellung des jährlichen Budgets und der monatlichen Forecasts
  • Du kannst die Kreditoren Rechnungen kontrollieren und koordinieren
  • Du kannst Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse übernehmen

Der Hauptaufgabenbereich liegt in der Mitverantwortung der Accounting Abteilung. Darüber hinaus gehören auch diverse buchhalterischen administrative Aufgaben.
