- Verantwortung für die Führung eines interdisziplinären Expertenteams als Product Owner für SAP QM
- Proaktive Mitarbeit und kontinuierliche Optimierung im SAP S/4HANA-Projekt
- Beratung der Fachabteilungen zu Qualitätsmanagement-Prozessen und Übernahme kleinerer Projektleitungen
- Analyse, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Anforderungen sowie massgeschneiderten Lösungen für Logistikprozesse
- Unterstützung bei der nahtlosen Integration von ERP-Geschäftsprozessen in die Gesamtarchitektur
- Aktive Mitarbeit im SAP PP-Bereich sowie Übernahme von Stellvertretungsaufgaben

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Implementierung und Integration von ERP-Geschäftsprozessen
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von interdisziplinären Teams sowie in der Rolle des Product Owners
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, um komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen zu erfassen und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungsfähigkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
