Relationship Manager, Trust and Fiduciary

pA respected international and independent fiduciary services business, is looking to recruit an experienced relationship manager for its Zurich office. This is a permanent role within our client's team, managing a small but highly active and complex portfolio of international clients and playing a key part in wealth structuring and ongoing administration of the company. /p h3Key Experience Skills /h3 ul lipbTrust Corporate Services Expertise (5-7 years): /b Solid experience combining detailed administrative work with conceptual wealth structuring, ensuring robust and compliant structures for clients. /p /li lipbRelationship Management: /b Comfortable handling an existing, demanding client base, building long-term trust and pro actively addressing evolving needs. /p /li lipbEfficient, Effective Communication: /b Clear, concise communicator able to manage complex matters with international clients, including off-hours correspondence when necessary. /p /li lipbCorporate Law / Tax / Accounting Knowledge: /b At least a bachelor's degree or advanced certificate with proven experience, enabling you to navigate technical trust, fiduciary and corporate issues with confidence. /p /li lipbSTEP Qualifications (Advantageous): /b Professional trust and estate planning credentials are a plus and reflect your commitment to the field. /p /li lipbLanguages: /b Fluent English plus either German or French; any additional languages are highly valued in our client's international environment. /p /li lipbSwiss Based: /b Already resident and authorized to work in Switzerland (B/C permit or citizen); we cannot consider candidates who are not already living in Switzerland unless they are Swiss and looking to relocate back to Zurich. /p /li lipbPartial Remote Flexibility: /b For the right candidate, a degree of remote work is possible after a successful probationary period. /p /li /ul
