The Brand Manager will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for leading watch brands in the Swiss Market.

Brand Manager (H/F)

Our client is a globally recognized leader in the watch industry.

Description

  • Develop and implement sales and operations strategies to maximize growth across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
  • Manage P&L statements and ensure achievement of budgeted sales and profitability goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for store expansions and digital growth.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, including digital marketing and local events, to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high standards of service and strategic alignment with global brand guidelines.
  • Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and team spirit.
  • Oversee financial management, including budget development and inventory management in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Drive the development of the e-commerce strategy in conjunction with the eStore Manager, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

Profile

  • Possess over 7 years of senior-level sales management experience in the retail industry, with a strong understanding of retail development processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams towards achieving business objectives.
  • Highly motivated and energetic, with a results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Strong communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills, able to effectively present information to senior management.
  • Proficient in sales reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with a solid grasp of financial management.
  • Experience in managing well-established brands, with a deep understanding of branding and merchandising.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Fluency in English, French, and German is required.
