About Our Client Für ein etabliertes und wachstumsorientiertes Unternehmen im Bereich Business-Software-Lösungen (Abacus) suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für die Gesamtverantwortung des Customer Service. In dieser Position gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung des Servicebereichs aktiv mit und stellen eine professionelle, kundenorientierte Betreuung sicher. Job Description Stellenbeschreibung: In diesem verantwortungsvollen Projekt übernehmen Sie die Leitung des Customer Service im Kanton Zürich und treiben die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs voran. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:* Gesamtleitung des Customer Service am Standort im Kanton Zürich * Definition und Umsetzung von strategischen und operativen Zielen für den Bereich * Analyse, Optimierung und Vereinfachung bestehender Prozesse zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Servicequalität * Stärkung der Kundenbindung sowie aktive Unterstützung bei der Gewinnung, Weiterentwicklung und Stabilisierung von Kunden * Budgetverantwortung und Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung des Bereichs * Repräsentation des Unternehmens an internen und externen Veranstaltungen * Zusammenarbeit mit Software- und Lösungspartnern sowie Entwicklung gemeinsamer Lösungen für Kundenanforderungen * Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines qualifizierten Customer-Service-Teams The Successful Applicant Anforderungsprofil: * Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und nachweisbare Erfolge im Customer Service * Begeisterung für Leadership-Themen und die Weiterentwicklung von Teams * Ausgeprägte analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise * Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise * Verhandlungssichere sowie kommunikativ starke Persönlichkeit * Bereitschaft, sich flexibel im Kanton Zürich zu bewegen (Kundenbesuche, Partnertermine etc.) * Souveräne Konfliktlösungs- und Moderationsfähigkeiten * Fliessende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Langjährige Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Abacus What's on Offer Wenn Sie eine führungsstarke, kommunikationsstarke und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit sind, die Freude daran hat, eine Customer-Service-Organisation im Kanton Zürich aktiv weiterzuentwickeln, freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung.
