We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our IT Service Management engineering team as stream lead. In your role you will play a key role in shaping the ITSM roadmap and its adoption in the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing design, development and implementation of processes and features within our ITSM solutions. Also, you will be collaborating with process owners, and ensure delivery within projects.Guide a team of ITSM engineers fostering culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementDevelop and implement ITSM strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and service deliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for software projectsCoordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth workflow across projects

Education and skills:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldTechnical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and IT infrastructureExperience of at least 3 years as Scrum Master or in an equivalent roleExperience of at least 5 years as Software Engineer (ServiceNow Engineer is a strong plus)Fluent English and good German spoken and writtenSoft skills:Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand and manage one’s own emotions, as well as those of others, to foster a positive and productive work environmentEmpathy: Capacity to understand and share the feelings of team members, providing support and encouragementInfluence: Skill in persuading and influencing others to achieve desired outcomes and align with team and organizational goalsNegotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial solutions and agreementsCultural Sensitivity: Awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives, promoting an inclusive workplace
