We want you to join us as a/an ...Senior Planning Officer (80-100%)Location: Geneva When: 01 March 2026 or upon availability Your mission:As a member of our team in our Rostering Office, you will be responsible for employee's rostering / workforce planning of the Air Traffic Management.Your responsibilities:Autonomous workforce planning of one or several units thanks to your advanced expertise in the use of the rostering tool and in the implementation of the respective rulesParticipation in the change management process for improving the rosteringPoint of contact for employees, line managers and heads of units for user assistanceResponsible for respective reporting in the relevant area of the jobAct as advisor/sparring-partner for line managers and the heads of units in the area of responsibilityYour profile:Commercial Diploma (CFC) or similar educationExtended and proven experience in rostering activities / workforce planning with proficiency in the Swiss Labor law and familiar with other appropriate regulations ( fatigue management, CLA)Motivation: You foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, acknowledging both the efforts and progress of othersTeamwork: You give feedback promptly, honestly, and with the aim of achieving a constructive outcome or finding a solutionProblem Solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured wayFlexibility: You adapt quickly to changing situations, stay open to new ideas and feedback, and step in where needed to support your teamProficiency in French (C2 Level), English Fluent (C1 Level), German as an asset What we offer:We offer flexible working options, depending on the role, and a competitive salary with attractive working conditions and numerous fringe benefits.
